To avoid returns we ensure we include as much detail as possible before you buy. All our bags and accessories include description, dimensions and care instructions on their product page. Many of our products have been handmade by artisans using natural materials. Therefore small imperfections and differences can occur. This is totally normal and is what makes your item totally unique. If you would like to know more about a product before adding it to your cart just get in touch...we love a good chat and would be more than happy to help!
We work hard to ensure our products are well made and to a high quality so if you find something not right or you are not completely happy with your purchase you can send them back to us.
Just pop them back in the post within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging in an unused condition with tags still attached. Please e-mail us to let us know they are on the way!
Sale items, earrings and custom orders are non-refundable.
